I have fixed the signature permissions and here is what you need to do to have a signature underneath your post:

Go to your User CP:

Signature not showing?See this. Profile

Click on Preferences:

Signature not showing?See this. Preferences

Scroll down and you will find:

Signature not showing?See this. Signature

Change the "no" to a yes

Scroll to the bottom and click Save:

Signature not showing?See this. Save
